Summary

Cohere is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Prompt Engineering to drive enterprise AI solutions. The role involves optimizing LLM prompts, developing core agents, and collaborating closely with clients to deliver innovative, scalable AI solutions across industries like finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.

What you'll do

Prompt Optimization: Review, refine, and iterate on prompts for Cohere's Command model to enhance performance across diverse customer agents and use cases
Tool Development & Evaluation: Collaborate with clients to develop and rigorously evaluate custom AI tools to ensure alignment with their specific business objectives
Core Agent Development: Contribute to defining and shaping out-of-the-box (OOTB) agents for Cohere's North platform, driving innovation in agent capabilities
Customer-Centric Solution Design: Deeply understand customer business needs and design tailored AI agents that deliver measurable operational improvements
Metrics-Driven Collaboration: Partner directly with customers to define, track, and optimize key performance metrics for AI agents, focusing on quality, efficiency, and accuracy

Education
