What you'll do

Technical Leadership: Drive technical advancements in Confluent Observability, architecting solutions that enable near real-time insights for cloud and hybrid customers

Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to evolve the observability feature roadmap and vision

Team Mentorship: Mentor high-performing engineers, fostering skill growth and promoting a culture of technical excellence

Technical Standards: Review designs and code, improve technical standards, and ensure high-quality engineering practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across various teams to support product initiatives and drive technological innovation
