Summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with expert-level React.js skills to join their global, remote-first engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative technologist who can drive product development and contribute to innovative solutions for Deel's global payroll and HR platform.

What you'll do

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features for Deel's global HR platform

Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers

User Experience: Create pixel-perfect, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces

Problem Solving: Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in global workforce management
