The role

Summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer for their Growth Engineering team to drive technical strategy and implementation of growth initiatives. The role requires a full-stack engineer with a strong frontend focus who can lead complex projects, mentor talent, and enhance user acquisition and experience across the company's digital health platform.

Frontend Excellence: Drive front-end development strategy, ensuring fast, accessible, and visually polished user experiences
Performance Leadership: Champion UI performance standards and collaborate to achieve top-tier performance metrics
Cross-Team Initiatives: Lead and coordinate complex engineering projects across multiple teams
Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
Architectural Design: Lead architectural design for scalable systems spanning multiple teams
Engineering Standards: Raise code quality standards and promote robust, maintainable, and secure solutions
