Summary

Hopper is seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer for their LATAM Core team, focusing on building scalable, white-label travel commerce platforms. The role involves architecting high-performance React and TypeScript applications that power travel portals for global brands, with an emphasis on autonomous innovation and cross-functional impact.

What you'll do

Architectural Design: Design and review code for multi-tenant travel portals with reusable white-label foundations
Product Innovation: Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to enhance user experience and drive partner growth
Systems Integration: Integrate frontend applications with Scala-based fintech services and GCP infrastructure
Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance, scalable frontend solutions that can handle millions of users

Technical

Frontend ExpertiseMinimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience
React ProficiencyExpert-level understanding of React ecosystem and best practices
TypeScript SkillsAdvanced type system implementation and JavaScript enhancement

Education
