Summary

Notion is seeking an AI Product Engineer to develop and scale intelligent Custom Agents that automate workflows using advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate will prototype cutting-edge AI features, collaborate across teams, and drive innovation in Notion's AI-powered productivity platform.

What you'll do

AI Feature Prototyping: Develop and experiment with new AI-powered features for Notion's Custom Agents, focusing on innovative workflow automation solutions
System Scalability: Productionize and scale asynchronous workflows across Notion's complex system architecture
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with AI, Infrastructure, and Product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences and integrated solutions
Technology Monitoring: Stay current with latest AI technologies, trends, and emerging capabilities in machine learning and artificial intelligence

What we look for

Technical

AI TechnologiesProven experience building AI products using Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, and advanced ML technologies
System ArchitectureDeep understanding of system integration, from UI to data models, with expertise in relational databases like Postgres or MySQL

Education

Advanced DegreeBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

AI Product DevelopmentMinimum 3-5 years of experience in building AI-driven products and solutions from ground up
