Summary

Notion is seeking a Software Engineer for their Trust Engineering team to develop innovative security solutions and protect user data. The ideal candidate will build advanced product features that safeguard customers from digital threats while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the platform's trust and safety ecosystem.

What you'll do

Trust and Safety Feature Development: Build product features, platforms, and tools to protect Notion's customers from account takeovers, phishing, and other digital threats
AI Security Controls: Develop controls and guardrails for AI features to ensure Notion remains a trusted AI workspace
Cross-Functional Security Integration: Partner with product and infrastructure teams to integrate security and trust mechanisms into Notion's technology stack

Technical

Programming LanguagesProficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js
Database TechnologiesExperience with Postgres, Dynamo, Memcached
Security EngineeringUnderstanding of trust, safety, and security engineering principles

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
