What you'll do

Product Development: Own end-to-end product surfaces for the next-generation AI-powered jobs platform, designing and implementing core systems for candidate matching and verification
Systems Engineering: Design and ship scalable systems supporting millions of job seekers and employers, focusing on speed, reliability, and security
AI Feature Integration: Collaborate with research teams to transform AI model and agent capabilities into production features that help users prove skills and find opportunities
User-Centric Experimentation: Conduct user experiments, gather insights, and rapidly iterate to drive meaningful outcomes beyond traditional metrics like clicks or resume submissions
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, research, and operations teams to create human-centered AI-powered experiences

Full Stack DevelopmentProven experience working across frontend and backend technologies, capable of owning features end-to-end
System ArchitectureAbility to design and implement highly-available, scalable user-facing products

Education

Technical DegreeBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience
