Summary

Plaid is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the critical Integrations Platform team, responsible for powering data extraction and connectivity for thousands of financial technology applications. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 6 engineers, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain the core infrastructure that enables Plaid's mission of transforming financial interactions.

What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 6 engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance

Strategic Planning: Define and drive long-term technical strategy for the Integrations Platform team

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and technical leaders to identify high-leverage opportunities and shape product roadmaps

Technical Excellence: Maintain high standards of technical quality, ensuring robust and scalable system design

Network Health Management: Oversee systems maintaining authentication, credentials, and connection reliability across financial institutions
