Summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their GTM Platform team, building AI-powered React applications for customer acquisition and marketing workflows. The role requires 3+ years of frontend experience with React, AI/LLM production experience, and involves collaborating with design, growth, and marketing teams to maximize qualified lead generation through technical excellence.

What you'll do

AI-Powered Application Development: Build AI-powered frontend applications to assist marketing workflows, including self-serve landing page prototypers, autonomous ad experiment agents, and LLM copilots for sales collateral
Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration: Collaborate with design, growth, and marketing teams on website projects that maximize qualified lead generation across Go-To-Market channels
Design System Development: Build and maintain design systems while fostering a culture of industry-leading user experience standards
Engineering Process Improvement: Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to enable codebase scaling, productivity enhancement, and team growth
Frontend Architecture: Design and implement scalable React applications with focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience
Marketing Technology Integration: Integrate with various marketing platforms and analytics tools to support data-driven growth initiatives
