Interview process

- 4Technical Deep Dive — 60-90 minute technical interview with senior engineers covering system design, React architecture, and AI integration experience
- 5Cross-Functional Interview — Interview with design and marketing stakeholders to assess collaboration skills and GTM understanding
- 6Final Round — Meeting with engineering leadership and team members to discuss role fit, company culture, and career goals
- 7Reference Check — Verification of work history and performance with previous managers or colleagues
