Summary

Ramp is seeking a Software Engineer for its Onboarding team to develop critical infrastructure that powers customer account creation and growth. The ideal candidate will build scalable systems that expand Ramp's market reach, automate decisioning processes, and drive business outcomes through innovative software development in a high-impact, fast-paced fintech environment.

Customer Onboarding: Own the entire customer journey from discovery to product onboarding
Application Development: Build software to support Ramp's growth and user acquisition
Operational Automation: Scale application decisioning operations through automation and AI assistance
Metric-Driven Development: Drive business outcomes through data-informed software engineering

Technical

Development ExperienceMinimum 2 years in software development role
Infrastructure KnowledgeProficiency with modern development tools and infrastructure

Education

DegreeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
