Summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in web and design to lead complex marketing site implementations, working closely with design and engineering teams to establish a gold-standard brand experience. The ideal candidate will build interactive, responsive web interfaces that drive engagement and maintain a robust design system for Ramp's digital presence.

What you'll do

Marketing Site Development: Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as a gold standard for brand and product marketing
Design System Management: Maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the site
Interactive Experience Design: Create engaging interactive experiences that drive site user engagement and conversion
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, paid ads, and growth teams to develop and optimize landing pages for multi-channel lead generation
Independent Problem Solving: Design and unblock project challenges independently when design resources are constrained

What we look for

Technical

Front-end ExpertiseMinimum 5 years of experience in front-end or design engineering
Technical PortfolioDemonstrable portfolio site showcasing previous work and technical capabilities

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

Web DevelopmentExtensive experience in building responsive, high-performance web interfaces
Design IntegrationProven ability to translate design concepts into functional, pixel-perfect implementations
