Summary

Ramp's Growth Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer to build and scale their product-led growth platform that powers customer acquisition, activation, and expansion across millions of users. This role involves developing automation and AI-powered solutions for customer success, sales, and marketing functions while working cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.

What you'll do

Build Product-Led Growth Platform: Develop and maintain software applications that power Ramp's growth engine to scale to millions of users
Cross-Functional Growth Development: Work with product, data, and design teams to build features that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion
Automation and AI Integration: Scale customer success, sales, and marketing functions through intelligent automation and AI-powered assistance
Metric-Driven Development: Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed software development and A/B testing
Customer Journey Optimization: Own and improve the complete customer experience from discovery and application through onboarding and product activation
Growth Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain scalable infrastructure to support rapid user growth and high-volume transactions
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with growth, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Technical Problem Solving: Develop creative and pragmatic solutions to complex growth challenges using iterative technical approaches

Professional Development3+ years of professional software development experience with increasing responsibility
Product DevelopmentExperience building user-facing applications and understanding product development lifecycle
Collaborative EnvironmentExperience working in cross-functional teams with product, design, and business stakeholders
Growth-Focused EngineeringUnderstanding of metrics-driven development and experience with A/B testing frameworks
