Summary

Real is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their R&D team in India, focusing on managing Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will be the first dedicated DevOps hire, responsible for shaping the team's technical direction and implementing best practices in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What you'll do

Kubernetes Infrastructure Management: Take a hands-on role in managing and optimizing Kubernetes infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and improve continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools like Datadog to track and optimize infrastructure and application performance.
Team Leadership: Shape the technical vision and strategy for the DevOps team, educating and guiding team members in DevOps methodologies and best practices.
Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring consistent and reproducible infrastructure deployments.
