Summary

Real is seeking a Senior Python Developer - Tech Lead to drive backend engineering initiatives for their ML-powered real estate technology platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, develop scalable Python backend systems, and mentor engineering teams while working on innovative projects that transform the real estate technology ecosystem.

What you'll do

Technical Leadership: Drive backend technical initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment
System Architecture: Define and evolve backend architecture for Python-based software platforms
ML Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable backend services integrating machine learning models and data pipelines
Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, establishing code quality standards and supporting technical growth
DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps to ensure reliable deployments, monitoring, and system scalability

Backend Development6+ years of professional Python backend system development

Education
