The role

Summary

Real is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Tech Lead to drive infrastructure, security, and DevOps practices within their technology-powered real estate platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team of DevOps and Security engineers, implementing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, security solutions, and continuous improvement strategies across AWS and Kubernetes environments.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Management: Build and operate AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, and maintain GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD and Helm
Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and AWS CDK, establishing reusable and well-tested patterns
Security Posture Enhancement: Implement and improve security practices including least-privilege IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security
Performance Optimization: Analyze infrastructure performance and observability metrics using Datadog to identify and resolve bottlenecks
Team Leadership: Lead and guide DevOps and Security engineering team, driving technical vision and strategy
Knowledge Sharing: Educate team members on DevOps methodologies, design principles, and best practices
