Summary

What you'll do

Technical Leadership: Lead the overall technical vision for backend systems, implementing features and improvements across Java Spring Microservices
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers in software engineering methodology, design, and best practices
Collaboration: Work closely with product team and feature owners to understand requirements and drive execution and deployment
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, participate in knowledge sharing, and maintain high code quality standards
