What you'll do
Feature Development and Implementation: Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement, and deliver new features for the core frontend platform. Participate actively in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities and maintain code quality standards.
Enforce Frontend Best Practices: Ensure strict adherence to established design patterns, architectural principles, and coding standards across the frontend codebase. Champion best practices for React component development, state management patterns, and TypeScript usage to maintain code consistency and reduce technical debt.
Technical Architecture and Platform Design: Contribute to the strategic technical vision by architecting scalable, maintainable, and performant UI systems. Design modular component structures and establish foundations that support the platform's evolution as business requirements expand across new financial service offerings.
Technology Evaluation and Selection: Research, evaluate, and recommend modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and tooling solutions. Stay current with ecosystem developments in React, state management libraries, build systems, and testing frameworks to ensure the technology stack remains competitive and efficient.
Scalable System Design: Design and implement systems that support horizontal scalability, modularity, and reusability across multiple product lines. Architect component libraries and shared utilities that enable other teams to build features efficiently while maintaining consistency across the Satispay platform.
Performance Optimization: Implement advanced performance optimization techniques including lazy loading, code splitting, bundle analysis, and strategic caching mechanisms. Monitor and optimize metrics such as First Contentful Paint (FCP), Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) to ensure exceptional user experience.
Production Systems Ownership: Take ownership of frontend systems in production environments, utilizing observability tools like Sentry, Kibana, and CloudWatch to monitor application health. Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
