Summary

Solace is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their mission of revolutionizing healthcare by building innovative patient advocacy technology. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can independently own product workflows, write high-quality code, and contribute to a lean, mission-driven startup transforming healthcare access and patient experiences.

What you'll do

Product Development: Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code while creating a best-in-class user experience
Feature Implementation: Build and maintain new user-facing features from database models to UI components
System Architecture: Create services and APIs to drive existing and new features for web applications
Code Quality: Maintain the health of systems and codebase, refactor, and make continuous improvements
Deployment: Drive large releases to production on a continuous deployment cadence
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners in product and design to build a world-class product

What we look for

Technical

Full Stack Proficiency5+ years of experience in both frontend and backend development
React and TypeScriptStrong fundamentals in React and TypeScript/Node.js development
API DevelopmentExperience in creating and maintaining robust APIs

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

Startup EnvironmentPrior experience working in a startup setting
Product DevelopmentDemonstrated ability to own product workflows from design to deployment
