The role

Summary

Solace is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to be a hands-on technical leader who will drive architectural decisions and technical excellence across their healthcare technology platform. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack expert capable of solving complex problems, mentoring engineers, and scaling the company's innovative patient advocacy technology.

What you'll do

End-to-End Feature Development: Own complete development of key product features from database models to UI components, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality implementations.
Technical Leadership: Drive best practices across the engineering team, serving as a technical guide and force multiplier for overall team performance.
Mentorship and Team Development: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve development workflows to enhance team capabilities and technical standards.
System Architecture: Architect and optimize systems for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability, addressing complex technical challenges proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, innovative solutions.
Continuous Deployment: Lead large production releases on a continuous deployment cadence, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.
