What you'll do

Learning Management System Development: Design and iterate on advanced LMS with focus on user experience, adaptive learning, and engagement mechanisms
Career Services Innovation: Develop AI-powered tools for job seeking, including resume generation and interview training
Internal Workforce Platforms: Create platforms to optimize workflows for instructors, teaching assistants, and operational staff
Content Management: Build scalable technology for rapid curriculum development and iteration
Data Pipeline Management: Ensure data reliability and accessibility to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
