Summary

Tennr is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the development of their innovative healthcare referral automation platform. The ideal candidate will leverage React and TypeScript to build performant, user-centric web applications that transform medical referral processes through cutting-edge technology and design.

What you'll do

UI/UX Architecture: Drive architectural decisions for complex React application, ensuring scalability and performance
User Experience Design: Execute pixel-perfect designs and leverage design intuition to create intuitive interfaces
Cross-Persona Empathy: Design product surfaces that cater to multiple user personas including healthcare providers and administrators
Performance Optimization: Implement advanced frontend performance techniques to enhance application responsiveness
Project Ownership: Drive projects from conception to completion with a proactive, founder's mindset

What we look for

Technical

Frontend Development5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering with strong JavaScript, React, and TypeScript skills
Performance OptimizationProven ability to implement web performance best practices
Accessibility ImplementationDeep understanding and implementation of web accessibility principles

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
