Summary

What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead a team of talented engineers, fostering psychological safety and continuous professional growth

Technical Strategy: Drive technical modernization, decouple legacy systems, and maintain high code quality and system architecture standards

AI Integration: Inject AI capabilities across the entire software development lifecycle, from documentation to testing

Roadmap Management: Translate high-level business goals into executable engineering plans while managing cross-team dependencies

Operational Excellence: Support incident response, ensure system health, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
