What you'll do

Own End-to-End Project: Take full ownership of an intern-scoped project from conception to completion over 12 weeks

Software Development: Write clean, maintainable code using Airwallex's tech stack including Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, and React

Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with senior engineers and participate in team meetings and code reviews

Learn Best Practices: Apply software engineering fundamentals and industry best practices under mentor guidance

Present Project Showcase: Deliver a comprehensive presentation of your project and achievements to engineering teams

Contribute to Roadmap: Participate in discussions about product roadmap and challenge existing processes

Build Scalable Solutions: Develop engineering-led solutions that are architecturally sound and event-driven

Attend Program Reviews: Participate in three structured check-ins throughout the 12-week program
