Summary

Airwallex is seeking a GTM Data Scientist to join their fast-growing fintech platform serving over 200,000 global businesses. This role combines advanced analytics with AI to drive revenue growth, working closely with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to build state-of-the-art data science solutions for go-to-market challenges.

What you'll do

Complex Analysis Translation: Transform complex statistical and modeling results into clear, actionable narratives for cross-functional partners and executive audiences

Revenue Insights Discovery: Lead proactive exploratory analyses to identify latent revenue levers, emerging trends, and root causes behind GTM metric shifts

Scalable Model Operationalization: Convert insights into repeatable workflows, automated pipelines, and scalable data science operating models

Revenue Forecasting: Develop and own revenue forecasting models and forward-looking performance insights including pipeline health and conversion drivers

Causal Inference Application: Apply advanced observational causal inference methods (DiD, synthetic control, DoubleML) to estimate business impact

AI Solution Deployment: Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions across sales and customer lifecycle to enhance effectiveness and drive retention

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to shape next-generation data science foundation

Data-Driven Decision Support: Provide reliable source of truth for faster, better commercial decisions through scenario planning and performance insights

Causal InferenceDeep expertise in causal inference methods including DiD, synthetic control, and modern ML approaches
