What you'll do

DevOps Strategy Leadership: Lead the design of DevOps strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve cloud infrastructure

Global Infrastructure Management: Own and manage Data and AI infrastructure across multiple countries and geographical locations

Platform Development: Develop and maintain data infrastructure incorporating technologies such as Kafka, Flink, and Spark

Tooling and Automation: Create and enhance tooling and platforms to empower engineering teams with improved self-service capabilities

Observability Implementation: Develop observability and detection capabilities to decrease time to discover problems and increase system stability

Standards Consensus Building: Build consensus amongst DevOps Engineers across geographies about tools and practices, evolving into agreed standards

Performance Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security to support 10x growth targets

DevOps ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of DevOps engineering experience in production environments

Container OrchestrationDemonstrated expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management

Infrastructure as CodeProven experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation and management
