Summary

Airwallex is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for its GTPN Platform team in Seoul, responsible for leading critical platform capabilities that power global treasury and payment products. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional people leadership skills to drive technical innovation and team performance in a fast-paced, global financial technology environment.

What you'll do

Platform Leadership: Lead the architecture, development, and operation of GTPN platform systems, driving technical design and key architectural decisions for scalable and reliable services

Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities

Technical Excellence: Contribute to code reviews, technical problem-solving, and critical implementation work while maintaining high standards for engineering quality and operational excellence

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned with business needs and customer requirements

Performance Optimization: Utilize data and system insights to continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and team effectiveness

Education
