Summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Growth Data Science team in Singapore, focusing on building advanced machine learning solutions for customer acquisition, retention, and personalization. The role requires 5+ years of experience with ML production systems and advanced degree in a quantitative field, offering the opportunity to directly impact a $8B fintech unicorn's growth strategy through predictive modeling and AI-powered systems.

What you'll do

Predictive Model Development: Develop predictive models to identify high-value users for Marketing and Commercial teams

Causal Impact Analysis: Apply machine learning and statistical models to measure causal impact of marketing initiatives

Personalization Solutions: Develop personalization solutions to drive client onboarding efficiencies, optimize referral incentive impacts and product cross-selling

Churn Prevention Modeling: Develop churn models to drive growth retention strategy

Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute GTM strategy and investment decisions
