Summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Growth Analytics team in San Francisco, focusing on marketing analytics and data-driven insights. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze marketing performance, develop forecasts, and optimize growth strategies for their global payments platform serving over 200,000 businesses worldwide.

What you'll do

Marketing Performance Analysis: Analyze data to assess performance and ROI of marketing initiatives across all channels

Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards and reports to provide observability for data-driven decision making

KPI Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for all marketing KPIs and consult on marketing data projects

Campaign Performance Partnership: Partner with marketing stakeholders to objectively measure campaign performance and identify actionable insights

Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop data-driven marketing forecasts and budgets to inform organizational-level planning

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify improvement opportunities in marketing strategies

Experimentation Support: Support experiments to measure impact of ad spend, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
