Summary

Airwallex is seeking a talented Software Engineer II (iOS) to join their Identity team, focusing on developing the company's mobile app for global payment products. The ideal candidate will design and implement enterprise-level iOS applications, contributing to the company's mission of creating a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses.

What you'll do

iOS Application Development: Design and implement enterprise-level iOS applications and libraries for Airwallex's mobile platform

Product Collaboration: Work with internal business teams and product management to define requirements and develop technical specifications

Full-Cycle Development: Serve as a core contributor owning the complete product development lifecycle

Code Optimization: Collaborate with Architects to refactor code and design for optimal maintainability, extensibility, and reusability

Security and Compliance: Integrate best practices for protecting sensitive customer data and ensuring global regulatory compliance

What we look for

Technical

iOS DevelopmentExpert knowledge of iOS frameworks and ecosystem, with 3+ years of professional experience developing native apps in Swift

API IntegrationExperience using RESTful APIs and understanding of mobile development design patterns

Code QualityAbility to promote robust and maintainable code with high test coverage and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines

Education

Academic QualificationBS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major

Experience

Mobile DevelopmentMinimum 3 years of professional experience in native iOS app development
