Summary

Codat is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI-powered innovation in financial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who can develop sophisticated data science solutions, mentor team members, and contribute to the company's mission of transforming business financial data connectivity.

What you'll do

Technical Leadership: Drive technical excellence by mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and guiding best practices in data science design and development
AI-Driven Innovation: Identify and prototype AI/ML opportunities to enhance core products, delivering novel value to clients through advanced intelligence solutions
Domain Problem Solving: Develop deep understanding of connected financial data, contribute to product strategy, and architect solutions that provide actionable intelligence
Model Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end production model lifecycle, including design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data science solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing product strategy through data-driven narratives
