Summary

Deel is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a front-end focus to join their globally distributed team. The ideal candidate will develop high-quality web applications using modern technologies, contribute to cross-functional product development, and help build innovative infrastructure for global work solutions.

What you'll do

Full Stack Development: Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express across client and server-side components

API Development: Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express framework

Database Management: Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and interactions with Postgres

Component Development: Build reusable and modular components that promote code reusability, maintainability, and scalability

Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements to development processes

What we look for

Technical

Programming LanguagesExpert-level TypeScript and JavaScript development

Frontend TechnologiesProficiency in React, with experience in function-based components, hooks, and testing

Backend TechnologiesStrong skills in Express, NestJS, with ability to design server-side APIs and business logic

Database SkillsExperienced in Postgres database management and query optimization

Education

DegreeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Full Stack ExperienceMinimum 4 years of Full Stack development experience with a focus on TypeScript

SaaS DevelopmentExperience with SaaS products running 24/7 on major cloud platforms
