Summary

Deel is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical innovation in their global payroll and HR platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep full-stack and database expertise, with a focus on designing scalable systems, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and leading through technical influence and strategic problem-solving.
