Summary

A summer internship opportunity with Poshmark's Data Engineering team, focusing on big data technologies and providing hands-on experience in developing data science models and understanding large-scale data systems for promising data science and engineering students.

What you'll do

Big Data Exploration: Gain exposure to diverse big data technologies including Spark, Kinesis, Redshift, Mongo, Druid, and Grafana
Data Science Collaboration: Work with data analysts and data scientists to develop and refine data science models
System Architecture Learning: Learn and understand the architecture and design of big data systems

Programming ProficiencyStrong coding skills in Java, C, C++, or Scala

Education

Academic StandingCurrent or rising senior enrolled in an accredited university
