Summary

Poshmark is seeking a QA Engineer II to ensure high-quality testing across mobile (iOS & Android), web, and cloud platforms. The role involves comprehensive manual testing, defect tracking, and collaborative quality assurance for a leading social commerce platform, with opportunities for growth and process improvement.

What you'll do

Manual Testing: Perform comprehensive manual QA testing across mobile (iOS & Android), web applications, and cloud platform
Test Documentation: Develop and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and user stories
Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA, conducting root cause analysis and working closely with Engineering and Product teams
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases and support multiple projects simultaneously
Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, workflows, and best practices

What we look for

Technical

Mobile TestingHands-on experience testing iOS and Android mobile applications
Web Application TestingComprehensive testing experience with web applications
Bug TrackingProficiency with bug tracking tools, preferably JIRA

Education

Software Testing KnowledgeStrong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC

Experience

Professional Experience3 to 5 years of experience in software testing
