Summary
Join Pylon as a Software Engineer Intern and contribute to building the future of B2B post-sales support. You'll develop AI-powered features for a platform used by 1500+ companies including Linear and Cognition, working alongside senior engineers from Airbnb, Samsara, and Meta. Interview process
- 1Application Review — Pylon's recruiting team will review your application, portfolio, GitHub profile, and relevant project work to assess technical fundamentals and fit with the internship program.
- 2Initial Technical Screening — First conversation with an engineer or technical recruiter to discuss your background, coding experience, understanding of full-stack development, and motivation to join Pylon.
- 3Technical Assessment or Take-Home Project — Coding challenge or take-home project demonstrating full-stack capabilities. Typically involves building a small feature or debugging/improving existing code using your preferred tech stack.
- 4Technical Interview with Senior Engineer — Deeper technical discussion covering system design, technical problem-solving, and understanding of the specific technologies in Pylon's stack (React, Golang, GraphQL, AWS).
- 5Final Round with Team and Leadership — Conversation with team members, engineering leadership, and potentially product/design team to assess cultural fit, collaborative skills, and ability to work effectively in Pylon's startup environment.
