What you'll do

Lead Strategic Partnership Integrations: Serve as technical lead for high-impact strategic partnerships from discovery through launch, working with engineering and product teams to design scalable integration approaches

Drive Technical Strategy for Partnerships: Evaluate feasibility, scope requirements, define success criteria, and execute complex integrations across internal and external engineering teams

Bridge Engineering and Business Objectives: Participate in early-stage partnership conversations, translate business goals into concrete technical plans, and communicate tradeoffs and constraints clearly

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partnerships, Product, Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams to bring complex deals to life and showcase joint solution value

Build Technical Assets and Tooling: Develop demos, proofs-of-concept, and reference implementations that unlock new partnership opportunities while improving internal integration processes

Represent Replit Technically: Build trusted relationships with partner engineering leaders, represent Replit in technical workshops and executive discussions, and serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges

Identify Product Direction Patterns: Analyze patterns across partnerships to inform core product direction and architectural decisions

Programming LanguagesStrong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in TypeScript and Go preferred

API Integration ExpertiseExtensive experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patterns

Authentication ProtocolsKnowledge of OAuth, SAML, JWT, and secure API design principles

Cloud InfrastructureExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments

Education
