Summary

Zapier is seeking talented Software Engineers for its Enterprise Zone, focusing on high-impact roles across Backend and Full Stack engineering levels. The position offers opportunities to drive innovation in AI-powered workflow automation, working on critical systems that support enterprise-level customers across multiple teams including Enterprise Response, Asset Management, and Enterprise Insights.

What you'll do

Enterprise System Development: Design and implement scalable backend architectures for enterprise-level automation platforms
AI-Powered Workflow Optimization: Develop innovative solutions that leverage AI to improve product capabilities and customer experiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Revenue, Support, and Go-to-Market teams to drive strategic initiatives
Customer-Centric Development: Proactively gather and incorporate customer feedback to inform product improvements and feature development
System Observability: Create and improve observability features like SLOs, alerts, and dashboards to support platform growth
