Summary

Zapier is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead its AI Orchestration engineering organization, driving innovation in AI-powered automation solutions. The role involves managing multiple engineering squads, developing cutting-edge AI technologies, and shaping Zapier's strategic AI initiatives to create impactful, customer-centric automation products.

What you'll do

AI Strategy: Lead Zapier's AI Orchestration engineering initiatives, defining technical direction and innovation roadmap
Team Development: Build and mentor a world-class engineering organization, focusing on talent acquisition and professional growth
Technical Innovation: Prototype and explore cutting-edge AI approaches to extend Zapier's automation capabilities
Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to execute AI strategy
Infrastructure Evolution: Guide architectural decisions and improve Zapier's AI infrastructure for reliability and scalability

Technical

AI/ML SystemsDeep technical expertise in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions

Education
