Summary

Zapier is seeking talented Software Engineers for its Enterprise Zone, focusing on backend and full-stack roles across three critical teams: Enterprise Response, Asset Management, and Enterprise Insights. These high-impact positions involve building scalable systems, driving automation innovations, and solving complex technical challenges for enterprise-level customers.

What you'll do

System Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend architectures for enterprise-level automation platforms
AI Integration: Embed AI technologies into product experiences and develop AI-powered development workflows
Customer-Centric Development: Drive product improvements based on direct customer feedback and support interactions
Platform Innovation: Build extensible platforms for account management, asset governance, and enterprise-grade integrations
Performance Optimization: Create and improve observability features, including SLOs, alerts, and performance dashboards
