Summary

Alan is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join their pioneering Ops AI Platform team, focusing on building autonomous AI agents that can revolutionize operational workflows. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering, developing a groundbreaking platform that enables non-technical users to create, monitor, and scale AI-driven operational solutions.

What you'll do

AI Agent Development: Implement new capabilities for AI agents and create tooling to enable autonomous operations
System Architecture: Design and develop scalable architecture for AI-powered operational platforms
Tool Integration: Create comprehensive toolsets connecting internal and external capabilities for AI agents
Safety and Accuracy: Develop robust testing, evaluation, and safety mechanisms for AI systems
Team Contribution: Mentor engineers, contribute to product and engineering culture, and participate in hiring processes

What we look for

Technical

Programming SkillsProficiency in full-stack development technologies
AI IntegrationExperience with AI agent development and tool integration
System ScalabilityAbility to design systems that can scale from dozens to thousands of automated tasks

Education

Computer ScienceDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
