The role
Summary
Ramp is seeking an iOS Software Engineer Intern for their 12-16 week Summer 2026 program to help build and scale their financial operations mobile platform. The intern will work on designing, building, and launching new iOS features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in their fast-paced fintech environment. Candidates need proficiency in SwiftUI and Swift, experience shipping mobile apps, and strong understanding of iOS development patterns.

Interview process
- 1Application Review — Initial screening of resume, portfolio, and mobile app projects
- 2Phone/Video Screen — 30-45 minute conversation with recruiter or hiring manager about background and interest
- 3Technical Phone Interview — 60-minute technical interview covering iOS development concepts, Swift, and SwiftUI
- 4Technical Take-Home — Small iOS project or coding challenge to demonstrate technical skills
- 5Virtual Onsite — 3-4 hour virtual interview including technical deep-dive, system design discussion, and team fit assessment
- 6Final Interview — Meeting with senior engineering leadership to discuss impact, culture fit, and career goals
