What you'll do

Greenfield Product Development: Lead development of a new data and multimedia-powered wellness product, collaborating across product, engineering, and data teams
System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, efficient backend systems that support innovative wellness solutions
Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, influence coding standards, and support critical technical decision-making
Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices, foster a learning culture, and ensure system performance and reliability

System DesignAdvanced skills in designing complex, scalable backend systems
Cloud InfrastructureProficiency with AWS cloud services and serverless architectures

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
Advanced DegreesMaster's degree or equivalent professional experience considered

Experience

Backend DevelopmentMinimum 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
System ArchitectureProven track record of designing and implementing large-scale software systems
