Summary

What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
Technical Strategy: Drive technical roadmaps, guide system architecture, and ensure high code quality and system health
AI Engineering: Champion AI integration across the software development lifecycle to enhance team efficiency and innovation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design teams to resolve dependencies and align on shared business and customer goals
Developer Experience: Identify and eliminate technical complexity, improve system visibility, and create a supportive environment for engineers

Software ArchitectureDeep understanding of software architecture principles and ability to guide technical modernization
Agile MethodologiesProven experience in delivering software roadmaps in agile environments with complex dependency management
Tech Stack AdaptabilityDemonstrated ability to work across diverse technology ecosystems and adapt to different tech stacks

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Engineering ManagementMinimum 5-7 years of progressive engineering management experience, with a track record of team leadership and technical delivery
Team CoachingExtensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting career progression of engineering team members
