Summary

A Senior IT Support Engineer role at Airwallex in Bangalore, responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across hardware, software, and infrastructure for the company's global team. What you'll do

IT Support Delivery: Provide on-site and remote IT support for Airwallex employees and contractors, covering macOS and Windows platforms, with comprehensive hardware and software troubleshooting
Onboarding Management: Conduct weekly new hire IT onboarding events, assisting new team members with computer setup, account configurations, and smooth integration into Airwallex
Technical Documentation: Create clear, concise, and actionable documentation and knowledge guides that are easily understandable for diverse audiences
Infrastructure Support: Manage AV support for meeting rooms, all-hands event spaces, and office technology while maintaining high-quality technical infrastructure
Application Administration: Perform basic administration for key enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and assist with common issues and improvement projects

Operating System SupportProficient in supporting and troubleshooting macOS and Windows platforms
MDM ApplicationsExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) applications for Mac and Windows environments
Networking SkillsIntermediate networking troubleshooting knowledge, understanding basic network infrastructure, WiFi, DNS, and office network configurations

Education

Technical CertificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional certification preferred

Experience

IT Support ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in high-growth multinational tech companies
Enterprise Application ManagementDemonstrated experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom
