Interview process

- 2Technical Screen — 1-hour live pairing session in the actual company codebase
- 3Leadership Experience Interview — 1-hour interview exploring past leadership experiences and approach
- 4Leadership Team Interviews — Multiple interviews with Engineering Directors and leadership (total 105 minutes)
- 5Final Round — 90-minute comprehensive interview with engineers, managers, and CEO
