Summary

What you'll do

Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team with a focus on individual growth and autonomy
Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, feedback, and coaching to help engineers excel in their roles
Process Optimization: Create lightweight, effective processes that empower engineers rather than constrain them
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems that recognize and reward engineering excellence

Technical

Technical BreadthCapable of discussing technical details across infrastructure, backend, and frontend engineering domains
Coding SkillsComfortable maintaining coding skills and contributing to technical projects

Education

Computer ScienceDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Engineering LeadershipProven track record of managing and developing high-performing engineering teams
Team DevelopmentExperience in growing engineers' skills and providing meaningful career mentorship
