Interview process

- 2Recruiter Introduction Call — 30-minute live call with a recruiter, including screen-sharing of work examples
- 3Initial Leadership Interview — 30-minute live interview discussing past work and design approach
- 4Design Take-Home Challenge — Approximately 4-hour asynchronous design challenge followed by a 30-minute live discussion
- 5Final Interview Stage — Three comprehensive interviews including a deep dive into past projects, design system exploration, and pair programming (total 2 hours 45 minutes)
