The role

Summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Product Engineering team who can thrive in a high-ownership, low-process environment. The ideal candidate will be a versatile product engineer capable of end-to-end feature delivery, with strong product thinking skills and the ability to drive projects independently across the technology stack.

What you'll do

End-to-End Product Development: Own product features from initial research and specification to implementation, including writing product specs, creating wireframes, and delivering final solutions
Technical Innovation: Create powerful abstractions, build reusable components, and develop tools that increase engineering leverage and productivity
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive project success while maintaining clear and deliberate communication
System Design: Design and implement flexible, scalable architectural solutions that can solve broad classes of problems for customers
