The role

Summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Product Engineering team, looking for an ambitious full-stack engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of product development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a low-process environment, demonstrating strong product thinking, technical versatility, and the ability to drive innovative solutions in talent acquisition software.

What you'll do

Product Development: Take full ownership of product features from conception to implementation, including customer research, product specs, wireframing, and technical implementation
Technical Innovation: Create leverage through building abstractions, tools, and systems that improve developer productivity and product capabilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate naturally with team members, proactively communicating project progress and pulling in necessary stakeholders
Quality Delivery: Balance speed and quality, delivering high-impact features with careful consideration of long-term product strategy

Education
